We respond to all consult requests within one business day. Our Founder reads every inquiry you will not receive a form response or be passed to a sales team.

What happens in the 30-minute consult?

We ask about your current accounting setup, pain points, and cross-border situation. You will leave with at least one actionable observation about your current setup even if you decide not to engage us.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

Accepted Answer

Nothing formal. It helps if you have a rough sense of monthly transaction volume, whether you are GST-registered, and which jurisdictions you operate in. That is it.

Is the consult free?

Yes, the 30-minute discovery call is complimentary. If a scoped proposal follows, we send that in writing within three working days.

Can I contact you outside Singapore hours?

Our core hours are SGT (UTC+8). We have clients across Singapore, India, Middle East covering UAE & Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and USA and try to accommodate a reasonable overlap window. Email is the most reliable channel for time-zone differences.
