Terms of Service

1. Scope of Engagement
R Accounting Solutions provides accounting, tax advisory, and corporate services as agreed upon in the signed Letter of Engagement. Any services requested outside this predefined scope will be subject to additional fees and a revised engagement letter.
2. Client Responsibilities
The accuracy and completeness of all financial information provided to us remains the responsibility of the client. To meet Singapore statutory deadlines (e.g., Annual Returns, GST filings), all requested documents must be submitted to our team at least 14 days before the filing deadline.
3. Professional Fees
Fees are billed according to the schedule outlined in your specific engagement. We reserve the right to suspend all services, including statutory filings, if accounts remain unpaid for more than 30 days from the invoice date.
4. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of your business affairs. This professional obligation continues indefinitely after the termination of our services, except where disclosure is mandated by Singapore government authorities.
5. Ownership of Work Product
All finalized financial statements, tax computations, and trial balances produced specifically for your entity are your property. However, our internal working papers, proprietary audit methodologies, and software tools remain the exclusive property of R Accounting Solutions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, our professional liability for any claim arising from our engagement is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
